Stephan Meyer Management Consulting was founded in 2015. Since then I have supported a multitude of clients across various industry segments. Predominantly, my clients are large corporates facing special challenges in two areas: either an existing business relationship with a logistics service provider or looking for guidance for an upcoming insourcing or outsourcing project.
