Project Scope
Supporting a comprehensive outsourcing process of a leading European non-food discounter, including the redesign of the logistics contracts, the remuneration model and the 3PL management

Challenge

Creating new outsourcing standards coping with the ambitious expansion plans of the client while having only little outsourcing experience

Process

• Review of all contractual documents / elements and existing logistics structures
• Identification of the main courses of action considering the expansion time lines of the client as well as local/national legal restrictions in Europe
• Support during all phases of the outsourcing process
• Design of new modells for future outsourcing projects, a new standard for all logistics contracts, remunerations systems, monitoring of 3PL partners, …
• Active support during contract negotiations in both, foreground and background
