Challenge

Correct assessment of the effects to be achieved by a renegotiation with the current 3PL vs.   establishing a new contractual relationship with an alternative 3PL

Process

  • Review of all contractual documents / elements
  • Design, examination and evaluation of alternative courses of action for the client, especially in terms of pros and cons of different outsourcing models
  • Determination of all basics for a new contractual relationship with a 3PL: remuneration model, contract structures, incentivation model, liability and insurance structures, …
  • Active support of the tendering phase in order to identify the future 3PL partner
  • Internal coaching of the client prior to the negotiation phase
