  • Analysis of all structures in terms of assortment, supplier base and logistics
  • Determination and evaluation of the preferred logistics set up in terms of financial, organisational and procedural implications
  • Design and evaluation of models how to cooperate with 3PL partners, considering the option to take over the new structures at a later stage
  • Design of a phase model from pilot to full operation
